The technological process starts with planning and drafting using a computer software that allows visualization of the project's mock-up for our clients throughout the planning process. Real-time visualization prevents surprises in the final result, allows for clear and easy changes and prevents issues that are easy to identify visually and computationally.
In the past, when it came time to cut the project, carpenters used hand-drawn markings with a tape measure to manually cut the desired work, a process that allowed for a lot of inaccuracy. At Yulia Design, we decided to advance, and today we work with an advanced computerized CNC machine that cuts all our projects with computer precision down to the micro-meter level, delivering high-quality results.
In conjunction with the CNC machine, an edge banding machine operates to cover and ensure optimal finishing of edges on material sides after cutting. All this replaces the manual work previously done by carpenters.
These machines save valuable time in the project manufacturing process, allowing you to receive results as quickly as possible, maintaining our workers' safety, saving material costs, optimizing material quantity calculations, and ensuring the utmost precision for your project.
